Deposits
For all sessions; a non-refundable session deposit is required, along with signing of a contractual agreement.
This deposit will hold the date for your session and serve as a cancellation fee.
Time Policy
There is NO extra time added for late arrivals.
All clients are allotted a 15 MINUTE grace period after the start time of their scheduled session, before incurring a $25 late fee.
After 30 MINUTES your session will be cancelled by the photographer and you will have to re-schedule.
Cancellations
Cancellation for any session is when a client forfeits their sessions deposit paid to book. As previously stated, the deposit fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the session by contacting the photographer 24 hours prior to the date of the scheduled session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time scheduled within the following 30 days.
If a client pays the total price for a session (deposit & remaining cost) and has to cancel for ANY reason they will be refunded the REMAINING COST; not the deposit.
Failure to contact the photographer 24 hours before will incur a $50 late registration fee on the rescheduled session.
Failure to contact or show on the day of your session will prevent you from any future booking with Brandon Collins Photography.
Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick, even if you have a common cold. Please alert the photographer if you have any environmental related allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze. You may reschedule your scheduled photo session prior to the date without any fees or penalties if you have ANY kinds of illnesses.
